Marinated Golden Sea Bream Donburi
By blending soy sauce and other ingredients, we create the unique flavor of our restaurant. We marinate slices of golden sea bream in this sauce, crafting a delightful bowl.
The green leaves are shiso (perilla), and the white grains are white sesame seeds. Shiso pairs well with slightly sweet soy-marinated sashimi.
Two-Color Donburi set
The standard order includes a bowl dish along with miso soup, pickles, and dessert.
Two-color donburi refers to a dish where two different side dishes are served on top of rice. This Donburi features marinated golden sea bream and minced golden sea bream.
In Japanese, we refer to “minced golden sea bream” as “tataki.Even though it’s called ‘tataki,’ it’s not minced as finely as ground meat, and the distinct texture is retained. Mixing it with shiso leaves enhances the flavor beautifully.
Miso soup
This is miso soup made with golden sea bream bones.
“Misoshiru” in Japanese is referred to as “miso soup” in English.Japanese people love miso, and it’s common for households to make it. I, however, am making soy sauce.Using every bit of flavor extracted from the bones is a heartfelt approach to cooking in Japanese cuisine.
